SHOP INSPECTION
 
All of our trailers that we take on trade are thoroughly inspected in our shop after we take delivery of them. We pack bearings, replace wheel seals, check and replace brakes if needed, check lights, jacks, gates, hinges, etc... Living quarter trailers are also inspected, making sure all electrical, plumbing, appliances, and all options are working. Click here to view our checklist.
It is rare but on occasion, we may miss something that is not working. In that case, we do try to fix this before the trailer leaves our lot with it's new owner. We encourage very thorough inspection from our customers during the purchase but if something is missed or not found until they get home, our policy is to make sure the trailer is correct. Sometimes this can be corrected by our shop and sometimes we hire a qualified local service center that is close to our customer to correct the problem.
Used Trailers Warranty
At this time, we do not offer an extended warranty other than what is provided from the manufacturers. They are sold "as-is". We do guarantee that everything will be in working order upon purchase and/or delivery of every used trailer we sell. In some cases, manufacture warranty's do transfer. This is usually taken on a case by case application and may be subject to a transfer fee. All new Trails West, Platinum Coach, Reyes, and trailers with new Outlaw Conversions do come with a warranty.
