The Holidays are here! At Coolhorse, our storefront has been decorated, the lights have been hung & we are prepping all of your Christmas orders. Speaking of Christmas orders, we have a little bit we need to discuss before the day comes that your package leaves Coolhorse.
FIRST OFF.....we want to always remind you that when you order something from Coolhorse that is over $100 (most orders, some exclusions will apply) your shipping WILL BE FREE in the lower 48 states! Unfortunately, free shipping does not always mean fast shipping and like the rest of the world, we have had delays that are unforeseen and also out of our hands once they leave us here at Coolhorse. Thankfully, we have an A+ shipping department here and they work hard to make sure your orders leave here to make it to you in time to go under the Christmas tree. Freight and packages are taking longer than expected to arrive in the customers possession. We know this can be frustrating, but please know that once the package is in the carriers hands, we do not have much control of the timely manner items are delivered. We will do everything we can to assist you and help with tracking and scheduled delivery.
