Coolhorse Terms of Service
Orders & payment
Orders are confirmed by email. We reserve the right to cancel orders due to pricing errors, stock issues, or suspected fraud. Payment is collected at checkout. To cancel an order, contact us before it ships — shipped orders must go through our return process.
Shipping
Orders ship within 1–3 business days. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout. You're responsible for providing an accurate delivery address. If your order arrives damaged or doesn't show up, contact us within 14 days of the expected delivery date.
Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused and in original condition. The following are not eligible for return:
- Custom or personalized orders
- Final sale items
- Items with signs of use or damage
Return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless we made an error. Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.
Service center
Repair and maintenance services are covered by a separate agreement provided at drop-off. These terms apply to product purchases only.
Liability
Coolhorse's liability for any claim is limited to the amount paid for the item in question.
